Faith. Community.
Compassion.
I founded Reecee’s Reach in 2023 to support Black women’s mental health and access to culturally responsive information, resources, and support.
A nonprofit rooted
in community.
Reecee’s Reach grew from the need for Black women’s mental health experiences to be understood and taken seriously. Its faith-centered roots make community and compassion part of that purpose.
The organization is part of my longer advocacy history. I organized Birmingham’s MLK Day of Service Feminine Hygiene Drive from 2021 through 2023, before and during the year Reecee’s Reach was established.
