Digital educational resources purchased on this website are sold by Cerissa A. Brown & Associates (CABA). They are downloadable files; no physical item is shipped. Each product description explains the file format and what is included. Live-event registration has its own separately displayed terms.

No refunds on digital products

All digital-product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on digital products, including after a file has been downloaded. Please review the product description and file requirements before purchasing.

If you have difficulty accessing or opening a purchased file, email hello@cerissabrown.me with your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can help you access your purchase. Please do not send confidential information or completed worksheets.
