If you contact me by email, your email address and the information you send are used to respond to your request and coordinate professional communication. Please include only what is needed for the inquiry.
Do not send confidential health information, client records, diagnoses or other sensitive personal information. This website does not provide therapy or emergency services.
Email updates
The website offers an optional mailing list for occasional updates about my writing, books, research, speaking and resources. The signup uses MailPoet. Submitting your email address starts a confirmation process; follow the confirmation email to complete the subscription.
Mailing-list signup is separate from a professional inquiry or an event or resource purchase. Reading the free workday guide does not require a subscription. Use the unsubscribe link in a mailing-list email when you no longer want those updates. For help with a subscription, email hello@cerissabrown.me.

This website links to professional profiles, public video pages, publications, conference information and third-party registration services. Those organizations control their own websites, privacy practices, registration terms and payments. Review their information before submitting personal details or registering.
Your resource responses
Downloadable writing pages are intended for your own private use. Your responses in those files are not sent to CABA. Keep completed copies somewhere private, omit confidential workplace or client information, and retain only records you are allowed to keep.
